In this Holland Park family house, the owner wanted a screen for privacy from the road passer-by and neighbours, made of a green and white flower palette in a formal romantic style. At the front of the house, three large planters with clipped white camellia trees were placed, with yew hedges with Magnolia pleached tree on one side, and planters with Oryzopsis grasses on the other, and a mixture of formal topiary shapes and hedges with white floribunda roses complemented the lot. The back garden, with a reclaimed York sand stone paving, was planted with topiary and roses.
