This post-war building has very geometric features, and the family in the house wanted a mixture of these elements in their garden. We created a space with season changing plating, with a formal clipped yew hedge at the front and Parthenocisus climbing up the wall on the backdrop. Hydrangeas were planted alongside the path to the house, underplanted by ground covers, and a spring-flowering magnolia dominating the corner garden.
