The owners of this newly remodelled Georgian house, off Holland Park, wanted a formal garden with clipped topiary and hedges. The neighbouring building is a new-build with very different style and in order to isolate the house optically we added pleached Hornbeams. New sandstone pawing with brick details was added with box hedges around the flower borders, and clipped yew balls planted to increase the formal feel. A selection of lead vintage pots were chosen, and a water feature was created on the side of the house, which can be appreciated from the inside of the living room.
